API Management Service scheduled maintenance changed my api

Hi, A scheduled maintenance over last weekend for my API Management Service changed the behaviour one of my APIs. It had no suffix and was working fine and now it requires a suffix.

I know that in the new API Manage Service within Azure portal has a forced requirement to have an API URL Suffix but in the Publisher Portal it does not have the same requirement.

I have other API Management Services and I need to know if and or when will this happen to these services and if there is any documentation on this.
