About "registering apps" in Azure Active directory.

Registration of the app, "Registration of new application" was done.

I also made advanced settings, but when I go back to the original screen, the "Display Name" column appears as "No results"

Is there a bad way to set it up, or does it not appear on the Application Registration screen (the screen I'm looking at)?
