cosmos_vnet_blocked error with BYO standard agent setup

We managed to get this to work. What was missing was the registration of the provider Microsoft.App.

When you say you "managed to get this to work".
You mean with the setting : public_network_access_enabled = false
or unfortunately with : public_network_access_enabled = true
