Any chance at the following:

 

  • Try TSPrint: Some users have resolved printer redirection issues by using third-party tools like TSPrint, which simplifies printer redirection for RDP sessions.
  • Revert to Older Versions: If possible, consider using an older version of macOS (like Ventura) or Microsoft Remote Desktop Beta where printer redirection works as expected. This might not be ideal but could be a temporary solution.
