personal account authentication in Azure Active directory

You can achieve this by creating a Guest-account for the Personal Microsoft user account.
Once the new Guest accepts the invite, you can add that Guest-account in your EntraID to that specific application.

PS: Your email was removed for privacy reasons, but is still visible in the print screen. You might want to blur that also.
