Azure monitor Bar chart deep links not redirecting with the right time stamp in Grafana

I have a data query to be run on Azure Monitor Logs and visualized as a bar chart. 

The deep link 'View in Azure Portal' is automatically added to the chart:

But the link redirects to the Logs blade with the wrong time stamp option:

This gives no results due to the timestamp difference.
This deep link is auto added, is there any way to modify the link to include 'set in query' as the time parameter for logs?
