The manifest file does not work properly
I set the manifest file in `requireAdministrator`, but it doesn't work! Sometimes it gives an error when I set the manifest file to `requireAdministrator` mode. https://github.com/b-daarr/CShark/...
Any action which is customized to run without elevated privileges (administrator), will cause manifest failure.
