Sway Crashing

You have already reproduced the newsletter problem across three browsers, multiple devices, and different networks, so repeating basic browser switching is unlikely to isolate it. That evidence suggests checking the Sway service or the individual newsletter, but it does not establish a confirmed outage. First, preserve the text outside Sway and export the existing content to Word or PDF if the newsletter still opens. Sway requires an internet connection to manage content; an offline draft is useful protection while editing is unreliable. Next, try a small new Sway under the same account to see whether only this newsletter fails. If you use a work or school account, ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to check Service health and report the problem through support. Include timestamps, the affected Sway identifier, and your cross-device results. There is no documented recovery guarantee for edits that never reached the service.
