.Net Framework for Windows Forms App on Windows ARM

Is it possible to create Windows Forms Applications (so with .Net Framework) using Visual Studio on Windows ARM?

Yes, I'm able to create a Windows Forms application (.NET Framework) using Visual Studio 2022 on my Samsung Galaxy Book Go with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 processor, which is a ARM based SoC for Windows laptops.
