Smaller sized cluster

The minimum sizing for the ESP package is rather large, (for instance for development work). Are there any ways to work with a smaller sized cluster (both in nodes and SKU)?

NielsWillems  The minimum size of a cluster is 2 head nodes + 1 worker node. ESP clusters do have special resource requirements. We suggest at least 8 cores for head node.
