How can I get the Sign-In logs activated?

Hi

How can I get the Sign-In logs activated? and can I use it to audit Power Bi & Dynamics 365 sign-in attempts?

    Sign-in logs to be captured within Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) once a tenant is provisioned. These logs can be accessed directly through the Microsoft Entra admin center, or exported to Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for advanced auditing and analysis. Because both Power BI and Dynamics 365 authenticate through Entra ID, their sign-in activities are fully recorded within these logs.

      I get the same error message when I try from within Entra Admin Center.

      Since it's a privilege-related, what would be the least privilege to be given in this case?

      I tried from within Entra Admin Center but again I encountered the same privilege error...
      I assume additional privilege will be required, so what is the least-privileged role/type of privilege required to enable the sign-in logs access.
