HDI distribution

Hi, What is the status of Microsoft HDI dustribution which replaces Hortonworks?

smereczynski We are on Microsoft HDI distribution for HDInsight 4.0 clusters, and will be on Microsoft HDI distribution for HDInsight 3.6 clusters in the next 1-2 months. We will roll that out region by region.

      smereczynski For HDInsight 3.6, we just get started and have enabled Canada East so far. Btw, Microsoft distribution won't be applied to existing running clusters, you will have to recreate the cluster in order to get Microsoft distribution.
