Yes, it's the Auto-Pause delay in the case where you are going to use the sql service and the account in "Serverless" mode.
This parameter must be between period between 1 hour and 7 days. There on your capture it can go up to 31 days (744 hours).

¿What about CPU used and Memory Used? I quote myself:
I understand that Min and Max vCores is the range in wich the compute will be scaled and billed, but I can get:- CPU Used
- Memory Used
