This is a brilliant, practical use of AI in IDD. Cutting a 30-hour billing process to 4 hours is a game changer, and using AI to build macros for non-compatible systems is a clever workaround. Reducing investigation closure from 90 days to 7 is impressive.
One question though: how are you handling human oversight? Do you have a specific sign-off process before submissions go out? I would be curious to know how you balance automation with accountability.
