Using Data Factory via OData connector
I am researching options of automating Advanced Analytics queries ingestion using Azure tools. The most obvious choice would be Data Factory, however fist attempts were not successful. Do you know of any limitations or special settings required? Has any of you used Data Factory to connect to custom queries?
As usual, the answers were out there. It was about finding them 🙂 So here's quite comprehensive manual: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/solutions/automate-exports. I hope it will help you VI_Migration Our client's engineers work on enabling the application so no tangible outputs yet but now I know the requirements.

There is also a similar material for connecting from Python: https://community.vivainsights.microsoft.com/t5/Script-gallery/Automate-download-of-Flexible-Queries-in-Python-and-R/ba-p/747

Hi VI_Migration, sorry we haven't answered this question yet. I sent the post/question to the PM who owns connectors and am waiting on their response. I pinged them again this morning so hopefully we should get an answer soon.
Thanks for your patience.

Hi VI_Migration,
I don't have anything to contribute to this at the moment, but very keen on exploring these options as well - hence joining the thread...
