Taking action on insights
Hello, I am looking for examples/ best practices of ways to take action on the insights coming from Viva Insights. Do you have anything you can share?
We have a playbook about Taking insights to action that is available on our documentation pages. We also offer an online training module on MSLearn called "Drive organizational change with Microsoft Viva Insights" and a repository of all change actions (small and big) customers can take after diagnosing the opportunities.
