Meeting hours when meeting duration is more than scheduled
Hi there,
I was thinking about possible scenarios for understanding how meeting and call hours are calculated with Viva Insights, and I had a doubt that I would like to clarify:
Imagine there is a scheduled meeting from 10 to 11 am, but the meeting lasts until 11:30 am. I assume that meeting hours will be counted as just 1h, as it was the total duration scheduled in the calendar, but how are the additional 30 minutes included in collaboration hours? Is it counted as unscheduled call hours, since the participants had 30 minutes "in a call" after the meeting time ended?
I appreciate you help in this topic, as I would like to be sure about the metrics to understand exactly how collaboration hours are distributed.
Thanks in advance,
Carolina
Your understanding is correct because the meeting went over, which is not reflected on these employee's calendars. So the extra time in the meeting would be counted as unscheduled call hours.
