MEETING HOURS MESURE
Hi all,
My question is about: if i have in my outlook calendar 1hour booked for a meeting but i attend in person (i don't connect by teams), is this hour registred as meeting hour in ViVa or only will be registred if i connect by teams¿? is important for us to be sure about what is viva measuring to do a correct analysis in our Hybrid Working Model.
Best regards,
Hi VI_Migration, yes that hour is registered as a meeting hour in Viva if an employee makes sure to accept the meeting. Please see the definition of attended from the glossary:
Attended A person attended a meeting if they either accepted the meeting and their meeting shows as “Busy” in Outlook, joined on Teams, or were the organizer.

Hi Jake,
thanks for your response! so, if i understood correctly, if you have the meeting blocked in your agenda as an accepted meeting, it would be registered as meeting hour regardless you attend by teams or in person (if you attend in person you don't join to the meeting by teams)
is correct¿?
