MicrosoftViva Insights Wellbeing - Balance and Flexibility Power BI Report
We’re recruiting volunteers in our early feedback program for the Wellbeing – balance and flexibility Power BI report that is currently available in the Viva Insights Web App. The Wellbeing – balance and flexibility report provides a tool for leaders and analysts to analyze employee work balance and flexibility in the organization, uncover opportunities for improvement in wellbeing and track trends over time. The report was released in January 2022 and any users with the analyst role assigned can access the report through Query Designer on the Web App. Here’s the online documentation to the report: Wellbeing dashboard | Microsoft Docs.

Hi VI_Migration , this feature is not currently available but we are always looking for feedback like this. It would be helpful to know if you have any use cases for this metric.
Hello Sanjanaa_Ellur , I was asked by the managers in my organization if there is a way to see how many people had set 'focus time' in MyAnalytics. Is it possible to include this information in the report?
