Manager Effectiveness Template Data Questions
We are seeing usually high manager collaboration hours in our manager effectiveness dashboard. when we dig into the data we see that there are quite a few high collaboration hours but some are above 120/ week and that seems odd. If you group the queries by month does that impact the numbers that we still in the dashboard? even if it still says week in the powerbi dashboard templates? Any other ideas to dig into this would be helpful. Thanks!

Yes, I believe that grouping the query results by month is the reason that the figures you are seeing appear "high".
You will need to change this to week in order to properly analyze the results using the template.
