If a meeting goes over into afterhours time, is it calculated as a whole afterhour meeting?
Hi all,
we are wondering: if a meeting starts a 17:00, and ends at 18:30, considering that the after-hours time starts at 18:00 - will it be considered as 60mins meeting + 30 mins after-hours meeting?
On top of that, if a meeting is planned to be from 17:00-18:00 but actually it goes on until 18:30, how will it be considered then? I think I read that in this case, it would only consider the planned time, therefore 1h meeting - but I wonder what happens to the other 30min of conversation.
This forum has been extremely helpful in clarifying things so I really appreciate your support 👍!
Many thanks
Stefania
Hi stefania_n, I heard back from the product team here.
Your understanding of after-hours calculation is correct, the only addition the product team added is that an individual's working hours are also considered.
For your second question we only look at scheduled time right now. we don't look at the additional time that runs over.
