Distribution lists
Hi, How is Viva insights handling distribution lists?
At this time, Workplace Analytics does not "unfold" distribution lists. Emails to distribution lists will be categorized as having just one recipient. However, as long as recipients are licensed, Workplace Analytics will be able to count their received email from the distribution list towards their time spent reading email.
