Definition of "Large Team" and Users/Managers figures clarification

The only conclusion that we came up with for questions 3 and 4 is that the numbers are based on the usage of Outlook and Teams. Within our organization we do have a number of workers who do not make use of these tools at all, and some very minimally, so it was easier to make this assumption. Also looking at the https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/use/glossary for an "Active employee", we considered people being on maternity or extended sick leave as well.
I would be keen to understand whether our assumption's were correct based on the response from the product team.
