OT The increasing SPAM in this forum
Hi,
There have been a lot of "low profile" spam posts here in the last few days. They look like relatively sensible replies, i.e. they mention content from the thread question, but there is not...
I noticed the spam recently and found the option to report Spam. Thanks, Karl, for helping raise awareness of both the problem and a partial solution. Spammers gonna spam, but identifying and reporting it can help minimize the negative impact.

To avoid misunderstanding: With the mentioned new menu item Mark as Spam I did NOT refer to the old and still existing Report Inappropriate Content. The new menu item has immediate removing effect. But as I said, I don't know who has it.

- To be clear, I was also referring to the new option to "Mark" as Spam. I now do both, Mark and Report it.
