    I see another design problem: you have both Location.JobNum_ID as well as JobNum.Loc_ID. That could spell trouble.

    I would recommend spelling out the table names, and decide on all singular or all plural names. Use as few abbrevs as possible.
    Remember, you are also doing this for the person after you.
