Hi,
> When line 5 is completed, I need those dates
1. What is your "line" in database or Access terms? A record stored in a table or some unbound text boxes in the form or ...?
and related:
2. How is 5, 4, 3..., i.e. the sort order, defined?

Good morning,
I'm sorry I haven't replied earlier but I took a week of.
The line is the sum of a date and a number of days in another form, transfered to a subform in another form, transfered to another subform in yet another form. The last line of this last subform should be put in the form.
I must confess, a collegue who is retired now, made this database. I don't know a lot of access.
Hopefully, my explanation was clear enough for you.
thanks a lot,
Anne
