I'm sorry to have to tell you. This forum supports the MS Access database application. It has nothing to do with either XBox or account access.
Moreover, participants here are not Microsoft employees or affiliates. We're mostly developers ourselves.
I recommend that, at the very least you find an XBox related forum to ask for assistance, but that too will be mostly other XBox enthusiasts with no way to offer the help you need.
Good luck in finding an avenue of support. I tried to post a link to the official XBox support site, but this site rejects the post with that link in it. I imagine that's where you had no success before, but it's really the only avenue available.
