Checkbox on Report for individual student who paid fee linked with form (MS Access)

It is possible to do it with a checkbox. Look in a previous answer on a posting of me how to do this.
I think your aproach is not the correct one. I think you would be better of with a subform mentioning the costs. It would mean you can also have more years in this database then only one.
