Access Template "Service" not available in German.

On this Website, it is possible to download an Access templeate "Dienste". When I download this file it is only available in English, but on the screenshot, this template is in German. Can someone send me the German template please.

Web databases should be avoided. MSFT is gradually decommissioning them, so I'm not surprised that even if it existed in the past, it no longer does.
