Access 2019 compatibility with Access 2013-developed system
Will my forms, tables, and VBA code in Access 2013 function properly unchanged in Access 2019?

No one can answer that definitively, of course, but there should be no reason why it wouldn't.
Here's the list of new features in Access 2019 at that time.
You could search out a similar list of deprecated features, if one exists. I don't recall any, but that was a long time ago now.
You should also seek out the new features for Access 2016 since you seem to be skipping that version and those features would be carried over into Access 2019.
Do make sure that when you install Access 2019 you install the appropriate bitness. If your existing accdbs were created with 32 bit Access 2013, either install 32 bit Access 2019 or prepare to update your VBA for 64 bit Access if you choose that version.
But another, perhaps more important question is why not install Access 2021? It's been out long enough to be stable--at least as stable as it can be these days.
