365 Access won't open reports on one computer

After a computer "crash" I upgraded to 365 Subscription and installed it on two PCs using Windows 10. The Access files I use are menu driven within the database. The Access database was originally prepared on 2013 version or maybe earlier. On the desktop computer, everything works fine. One the laptop, the main menu displays, but none of the buttons that connect to the reports are active. Tried the online 365 repair on the laptop, but no results. Is there a setting that I missed? Any suggestions?

Just for the record, I had the issue where reports and/or print preview would not open.

It turned out Access was looking for a printer which no longer existed.

I set Microsoft Print to PDF as the default printer, and then reports opened fine.
