Unable to update my windows computer
I have dell latitude 5420 currently running on Windows 11 23 H2 and I want to update to 24 H2 but unable to do it and I have attached the screenshot of message that is showing.

Can you re-upload the screenshot as it is not clear or share us the error message mentioned there so we can help you with this issue.
The update was crashed. And you have to restart the computer and use the advanced troubleshooting feature to fix the issue.
