Edit the Description of a .wim file?

I have a number of .wim files with different setup installs. To keep better track of them, I would like to add a description to each file. Does anyone know how to edit the description in a .wim file? (see picture below) So far I have found out about an outdated program called "ImageX" which I can't find. I also found a DISM export command line which supposedly allows the change to the description, but doesn't:

    Since editing the description inside a WIM isn’t always feasible, a good idea is to maintain a separate metadata file (like a CSV or text file) where you record descriptions and details for each WIM file. This way, you can keep track without messing with the WIM itself.
