We’ve identified an issue where customers using the Windows Security Center connector and the Windows MAM Health Check “Max allowed device threat level” may not be getting updated health status on certain Windows OS versions. This means the device threat status from Windows Security Center, such as Antivirus software signals, may not update as expected. Devices running Windows 11 versions 21H2, 22H1 or 23H2 without the latest Windows Security Update are affected and depending on your Health Check configuration, users might not be able to access your organization’s resources.

Workaround

The affected devices may be missing a required update. This update can be downloaded from Windows Security Update - Microsoft Support and will be released through Windows Update for Windows 11 versions 21H2, 22H1, 23H2 soon. Note: Windows 11 version 24H2 does not require this update.

We’ll provide updates as new information becomes available. If you have any questions, leave a comment below or reach out to us on X @IntuneSuppTeam
