Following this success, we are excited to announce the launch of additional 10 new Playbooks and updated content for the original 16 . They have been designed in line with Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) to provide full visibility of Partners’ end-to-end potential earnings throughout the journey, from the Co-op funds to the usage of ECIF and incentives.
