 Are you using x86 version of tool chain by any chance?

I just do build in VS2022. I would not know how to tell VS to use the x86 version of msbuild, CL ...

I tried on the command line with vcvars32.bat (verified CL is x86 then):
I get this error:

c1 : fatal error C1250: Unable to load plug-in '...\packages\Microsoft.Windows.WDK.x64.10.0.26100.1\c\bin\10.0.26100.0\x86\drivers.dll'.
Why is it using the WDK.x64 dir at all?
