I have 180 days in SAC-T configured, and I still have devices in 1803. If I go by the date of Nov 13, 2018 (1809) + 180 days I end up with May 12, 2019, however I still I have loads of devices at 1803.
You also list May 21, 2019 for 1903, I have SAC-T configured for some test devices with 0 day delay, still no 1903.
It's super hard to determine exactly what updates i'll be getting with configured deferrals if I don't have an EXACT date that the deferrals are counting up from. You should really release some sort of enterprise calculator where I can plug in deferral times and it will clearly show myself what patches my machines should be getting.
