LTSC (formerly called LTSB) available via volume licensing is the only sustainable way to use Windows 10 for schools, SMB's and maybe even larger corporates but very few people know about it's existence and Microsoft put's it away as an OS for use in ATM's etc which is ridiculous. Most people just want a clean & stable OS without all the crap and that's what LTSC brings you: no Edge, Cortana, Store, Games (promoted apps). LTSC also is faster & consumes less battery. The enforcement of the feature upgrades is unacceptable; Apple for example offers a new OS approx every year BUT they let the user decide IF & WHEN to install it AND the upgrades just work. What I'm seeing here in our market is schools for example moving to chromebooks except for those applications that specifically require the Windows platform. Bravo Microsoft!
