We only have 2 releases each year, ( release = new features/functionality/APIs ). We call these the SAC releases, for Semi-Annual Channel.
That is why there never was a "SACT" and "SAC" release. SACT referred to the phase of deployment where we are publishing only to "targeted" devices, versus all, and aligns the common guidance shared between Office and Windows for managing a deployment rollout.

There is only one release date for each SAC. For devices connected to the update service, using WuFB, we begin updating them based on the values the users have configured their devices. We don't have separate release dates, consumer vs other.
For commercial customers that self manage, they get the same release, but determine when and how it will get published to their users via their management tool of choice, SCCM, home grown or other.
