there was never actually a Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted), or SAC-T, release; rather, SAC-T merely reflected a milestone for the semi-annual release
...
As I said above, with version 1903, we will cease to publish both SAC and SAC-T dates. Each release will have a single SAC release date
When you write all this, you totally pretend like the consumers don't exist (this is typical for your posts in general). There was a SAC-T all right, and it was the date when the new version would start rolling out to the consumers. Now you suddenly never had SAC-T and would stop publishing its date. So what do you call the date on which you start pushing the new version to Home editions (sans Insider rings)?
Also (and this is the main question you failed to address), are you going to start pushing new releases to WUfB and consumers on the same date? It's not clear whether SAC takes the SAC-T place as the "official release" date (i.e. when anybody can download it). For example, 1809 was released to SAC-T on 11/13/2018 while https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-10/release-information. If the change were in place now, would you have released 1809 to SAC on 11/13/2018?
