Copilot - probably something I will turn off, hopefully not even available in LTSC or maybe a feature/role that needs to be installed. AI is killing education and we are seeing essays written with AI more frequently every day. Not necessarily a CoPilot problem, but worth mentioning that AI will eventually dumb down the populace even more.
Azure Virtual Desktop - might be great for some companies that have a lot of remote workers. But like all cloud, it's great... Until you lose your internet connection (I hope you are running it in local/remote mode so everything is in sync). I've seen what one car can do to a facility and the downtime can be days. A business MUST have local apps and servers or you might not be able to log into your network. Been there, seen that, improvements followed immediately after the event to bring some local servers back online. With modern Enterprise licensing, there is no reason not to have at least one RDC on site, but this is getting way off topic.
