This is NOT a solution - this just has the windows app create shortcuts to MSTSC.exe and you can't do anything like you could do before. No auto resize, no save credentials, Microsoft has given up on true app development and just used a less effective built in app. Yet all other platforms maintained saved credentials and not having to login with school/work credentials and the app has RDP sessions within the "Windows APP" as those versions were just rebranded "remote desktop app" apps... so basically back where we started with NO RDP functionality in the app. Basically - if users use RDP on a daily basis - you have a better more efficient experience on EVERY OTHER OPERATING SYSTEM other than MICROSOFT WINDOWS when using the Windows APP.
