Typical Microsoft. Withdrawing the current working solution before all the capabilities of that solution have been implemented in its replacement. Why? Would it really kill you to keep the Remote Desktop app available until such time as your glacial pace of development finally updates the Windows App to actually be useful and include local RDP capability?
I manage dozens of Windows servers, having them all itemised in categories in the Remote Desktop app, many with saved creds, is crucial to my workflow. Having to figure out how to do that, assuming it's even possible, using the legacy RDC app is just a colossal waste of my time, and for what, so you can remove an established reliable app from the store a few months earlier.
Please reconsider this illogical anti-consumer stance.
