Many PC techs deploy Windows from scratch. Therefore such a deployment of Windows 7 would require a lengthy messy online update procedure. The convenience rollup for Windows 7 SP1 can install offline all updates, February 22, 2011 through April 12, 2016. This is convenient, saving EONS of time! Microsoft should create patches which install all updates from the previous patches. Quarterly convenience updates would be generated each year. These updates would be cumulative including all previous updates. These updates will be smart enough to install only updates not already present or in need of repair.
