Hi Kelly Menzel ,

 

  1. The current setup does not have the new optimizations yet. It will be coming soon.
  2. For the screen to show up, you have to have both "enable Boot to Cloud Desktop" and the Shared PC OMA-URI settings that are configured through the Guided Scenario. Once the new optimization is ready, there will be a single option to configure all the configs.
    1. For the second prompt, it is usually a MFA prompt that should only occur once every 30 days.
  3. For GA setup, you should have Boot to Cloud Mode -> Enable Boot to Cloud Desktop and Set Max Connection Timeout -> 5 min. There is a different policy created by Guided Scenario that configures the Shared PC policy, that should be enabled via OMA-URI.
