Hi Derek_Liu
We went through the Guided Setup yesterday and eventually got things set up to where we could log onto our cloud PCs from our Windows 365 boot device's login screen. I have a couple questions...
I'm a little confused about the Windows 365 Boot with updated CSP, which is supposed to enable optimizations that lock the host device down and present just the cloud PC to the end user. You mentioned there would be a new Guided Setup for when this becomes available. If we did Guided Setup yesterday did we get the new CSPs and optimizations?
Also, our login screen does not look like the ones in the screenshots in this post. There is no mention of cloud PCs (like "sign in to connect to your cloud PC"), it just looks like a regular Windows 11 log in screen and when you log in, it says that it is connecting to your cloud PC. It eventually does, but a second login is required (a second prompt is displayed). I'm wondering if some device policies are not set up or getting deployed correctly.
I should mention that in order to get this to work how it is, I had to change the Windows 365 Boot Device Configuration Policy to include three settings from the Cloud Desktop settings category: Boot to Cloud Mode -> Enable Boot to Cloud Desktop, Boot to Cloud PC Enhanced -> Enable Boot to Cloud Shared PC Mode and Set Max Connection Timeout -> 5 min.
We want to configure this in Shared PC Mode and use Windows 365 Boot for hot desking scenarios
