Enterprise will have Recall off by default, but even if we have Enterprise licenses, Autopilot enrollment uses what is on the base image coming from Dell. And in our case it is Pro (not sure if it is even possible to get Enterprise from the vendor). So, it might take days until user with license logs in, it syncs with Intune/Entra, then a few restarts to finally convert to Enterprise. We have many machines on Pro daily. Some getting stuck on Pro. Had a case about this with MS for months and all i got is having to provide them same logs over and over again. No clear info yet on why this happens with some machines and how to resolve this. And a few months ago they have even broken conversion completely with a bug that they only released a fix after 2-3 months. So, we had like 500 machines on Pro. So, we have to dig now to see how we can disable Recall, even if 99% our machines are not affected.
