So absolutely massive amounts of home users (Win11 Home) and prosumers (Win11 Pro, non-AADJ / HAADJ) are going to have Recall turned on with default opt-in and probably never turn it off because it's not clearly stated in the OOBE / post-update settings screens. Fan-frickin'-tastic.
And people wonder why Enterprise is pirated left and right - it's the only SKU that lets you turn this BS off without jumping through hoops.
