Starting on 7/10/24, the docs inside the Windows 11 Onboarding Kit v1.2.zip file on the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=103661 page have been locked with Information Rights Management, only allowing Microsoft internal corporate users to view the files.
There's a community page (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/why-cant-i-access-the-windows-11-onboarding-kit/59197e93-f6e8-4ae2-b9e0-c675c179e150) about the issue, and we have an open support ticket not getting any traction. Please correct this.
