Windows 11 expands passkey manager support

Why are the customers that pay Microsoft the most the last to receive these features? I still can't backup my Passkeys or transfer any tokens in Authenticator to a new device. We REALLY want to implement a passwordless environment, but Microsoft is ignoring the customers paying for expensive licenses. When will we see these features? We don't even feel comfortable enabling phishing-resistant MFA considering the burden to our Help Desk team every time someone gets a replacement phone and trades in their old phone. Microsoft is behind basically every company in the similar space (Google, Apple, 1Password, etc.--all support cloud syncing tokens) when it comes to MFA and secure password management. This baby step forward is appreciated, but business users are left behind. Again. I still can't backup my Authenticator tokens to my Entra account. Without support for Entra across all of these features, our business is less secure in multiple ways. I'd like less AI crammed into every product and more basic security features improved.
